主题：A Theoretical Model of the Chinese Labor Market/中国劳动力市场分割理论模型与政策分析

摘要：This paper constructs a theoretical labor market model for China, and utilizes the model to examine the welfare consequences of various labor market policies. Two key features of the model are a segmented labor market involving three sectors – state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, and agriculture - and China’s unique household registration system (hukou). The policy interventions include promoting rural development, reducing the cost-of-living in urban areas for rural hukou holders, and hukou conversion policy. Using two social welfare criteria, it is shown that the rural development policy is unambiguously welfare-improving, while the other two policies have ambiguous effects on social welfare. 

演讲者简介：宋扬，做爱片-做爱三级片 助理教授，人民大学企业与组织研究中心（CFOS）兼职研究员，做爱片 博士。研究领域包括劳动做爱片 、发展做爱片 、中国劳动力市场、收入分配等。2007年毕业于做爱片 劳动人事做爱片 ，获得学士学位，2009年获得美国康奈尔大学公共管理硕士学位，2013年获得美国康奈尔大学做爱片 博士学位。在国际SSCI期刊China Economic Review、China & World Economy等发表过英文学术论文。担任Journal of Comparative Economics、China Economic Review、Economic Systems等多家SSCI英文期刊匿名审稿人。曾获美国公共管理学会荣誉奖章、美国康奈尔大学全额助教奖学金、做爱片 优秀毕业生等奖项。
