主题：Information Allocation in Organizations and Information Production
摘要：This paper presents a theory of costly production of soft information with different organization structure of lenders. Information production is modeled as a moral hazard problem within lenders, where loan officers need to pay private costs to verify loan applications. Lenders differ in the allocation of information. We show that smaller lenders have an advantage in providing incentives, even though we assume the loan officers have the full authority to make decisions and the ownership structures are the same across organizations. The model also generates new testable implications regarding the compensation scheme of the lenders. 


演讲者简介：李三希，现为做爱片-做爱三级片 讲师，研究领域包括信息做爱片 、产业组织、风险分担理论。武汉大学本科（2004）、硕士（2006），图卢兹做爱片 硕士（2007）、博士（2011）。目前已经在Journal of Public Economics, Economic Inquiry, Economics Letters, Journal of Economics, Mathematical Social Science, B.E. Journal of Theoretical Economics,《世界经济》等国内外学术期刊上发表了数篇论文。主持国家自科青年基金、教育部人文社科青年基金、北京市社科联青年基金各一项。担任Journal of Public Economics,  International Journal of Industrial Organization， Journal of Economics ，《世界经济》等杂志的匿名评审人。
