主题：Cherry-picking in Labor Markets with Imperfect Information

摘要：

This paper studies labor markets where firms only have imperfect information about worker productivity and compete for heterogeneous workers in a wage-posting game. The basic model predicts both positive sorting and wage dispersion. In equilibrium, firms that offer higher wages are able to “cherrypick” better workers, and thus hire workers that are on average more productive. Meanwhile, due to firms’ inability to perfectly differentiate high productivity workers from low productivity ones, some high productivity workers are employed in low-wage firms while some low productivity workers are employed in high-wage firms.

演讲者简介：郑兵勇，现为上海财经大学做爱片 副教授。他2006年毕业于加拿大西安大略大学，获做爱片 博士学位。他的研究领域为微观做爱片 、博弈论和产业组织理论。郑教授已经在RAND Journal of Economics、Game and Economic Behavior等国际一流刊物上发表论文多篇。
